My name is Vicky MeeJun Moy (Taylor). I’m a 66 year old half Chinese Grandma or (Ah ma). Chuck and I have been enjoying our extremely simple happy retirement for the past 4 years.
My father was from Canton China. He owned a restaurant in Washington D.C. He lovingly prepared delicious Chinese dishes filled with fresh vegetables like snow peas, bok choy, onions, broccoli and bell peppers. I think that’s why my sisters and I grew up very healthy.
My two daughter Sunny and Emily inspired my interest in natural healthy alternatives.

Put your hands palm up over w paper towel.
