- My name is Vicky MeeJun Moy (Taylor). I’m a 66 year old half Chinese Grandma or (Ah ma). Chuck and I have been enjoying our extremely simple happy retirement for the past 4 years. My father was from Canton China. He owned a restaurant in Washington D.C. He lovingly prepared delicious Chinese dishes filled with fresh vegetables like snow peas, bok choy, onions, broccoli and bell peppers. I think that’s why my sisters and I grew up very healthy. My two daughter Sunny and Emily inspired my interest in natural healthy alternatives. They were picky eaters who only wanted to eat pizza, hamburgers and fries. Thankfully I found concentrated Chinese fruits and vegetables in capsules which our family has been eating past 30 + years. They helped me raise 2 heathy daughters and now 2 healthy granddaughters. This is just one of the secrets I’ve learned to save money it’s preventative healthcare. I’ll be blogging about more thing ps we’ve done to enjoy our extremely simple retirement.
